The Cleaning Connection has retained the best coverage possible in the custodial services industry. In addition to the customary coverages, we have also chosen to carry additional coverages that further protect our company and our clients.

Every client of The Cleaning Connection is protected by our comprehensive insurance progtam, highlights of this coverage are as follows:

Care, Custody, and Control Coverage

This important form of protection is excluded from most standard general liability policies. It provides protection against damage to property that our employees may be directly working on and for which we may be held legally liable.

Extended Property Damage

This coverage redefines property damage to include theft and mysterious disappearance for which we are legally liable.

Lost Key Coverage

If we have the legal responsibility for a master key for a building and it is lost or misplaced, this provides coverage to have the building totally re-keyed, if it is necessary.

Third Party Fidelity Bonding

This is protection in the event that one of our employees steals. There must be conclusive proof; but, once that is established, the bond will respond to our legal responsibility up to a maximum of $20,000 per incident, which would cover any major theft.

A copy of our insurance certificate will be provided with all proposals for service. If necessary, any client may request to be listed as a certificate holder or named as an additional insured on our policies.
