Michael P. Watts

President

Michael is the founder of our company. He has been our president since the company's inception in 1994. Under his direction, the company has grown from just a few friends cleaning offices in the evening, to a multi-divisional company with teams working during the day and at night.


Adam L. McCabe

Vice President of Operations and Business Development

Adam has worked with our company since 1999. He started with us as a crew member and quickly became a team leader. In 2005, he was promoted to Vice President. Adam is responsible for managing our commercial janitorial service and residential carpet cleaning operations. In addition to his operational responsibilities, Adam is our main point of contact for prospective clients and is active in developing our commercial account portfolio.


June Manolidis

Maid Service Manager

June joined our company when we launched our maid service division in 2005. June has risen through the ranks of team member, team leader, senior team leader and to her current position of Maid Service Division Manager. She is a truly dedicated employee and great asset to our company as well as our many clients who send praise about her on a regular basis. June's responsibilities include daily operations management, quality control and new client development.


Patrick Staten

Commericial Area Manager

Patrick is responsible for front line operations management of our commercial accounts in Baltimore County. He coordinates schedules, quality control inspections and supply distribution. In addition to daily janitorial operations, Patrick is active in our specialty division operations such as, carpet cleaning, tile refinishing and window cleaning.
